This is what I ordered: 1 of N95 Health Care Particulate Respirator and Surgical Mask (Box) Packs

This is what I received:3M 8210 Particulate Respirators N95, 20-Pack

Although I realize both items are N95 Respirators, I specifically ordered Health care respirators and received Particulate respirators which I could have easily purchased at a considerably reduced cost at a local hardware store. It does mean something to my staff and patients that the masks we wear are marked "Health Care masks",even if the product is similar.

I am very dissatisfied with you site. I was not sent the product that I ordered. I wanted the 3M N95 HealthCare Partical Respirator and I received the 3M 8210Plus Sanding, Grinding, Sawing or Insulating. The box had no information on how to return it so I could not send it back. I would like someone to contact me to give me the information on where to send this item to and get a refund or the correct mechandise.

I am so surprised to see others have experienced the same problems as I did. I ordered six boxes of 3M N95 HealthCare Partical Respirator (3M Model 1870 that is) but I received the 3M 8210Plus Sanding, Grinding, Sawing or Insulating instead. These are completely different products and I am not sure how can the seller continue to make the same mistake over and over again! Furthermore, the seller did not provide any invoice, packing slip, or any info on how to return the merchandise whatsoever. I cannot find any phone or contact info of the seller neither. Watch out potential customers!!! This is the worst online shopping experience I have ever had.
