• Available in black (Item# 3M-2170)or gray (Item# 3M-2171) to match all Littmann stethoscopes (Littmann stethoscopes with colored tubing have gray rims, bell sleeves and eartips, therefore would use the gray I.D. tags). • The customer has the option to affix either a write-on or engravable name plate FOR AN ADDITIONAL COST. • Once the name plate is secured to I.D. tag, it also serves as a name badge. • Customers may choose to engrave the name plate themselves or send it to our nationwide engraving service. This service is available only to customers in the USA. The product referenced on this detail page is sold be 5 each/case.

Didnt like that I had to mail back to the company to get it engraved. I wish it would have been done right away in a one stop purchase. Also to get it engraved it is 7.00 extra.
