Do not buy this projector I own a 3M MP180,
This review is from: 3M Pocket Projector MP180 (Office Product)
I purchased one of these projectors from 3M because they had it available before Amazon. Buyer beware...the engineering behind this is terrible. The screen is designed in such a way that you must use a plastic stylus pen. The bluetooth does not work or support the Apple iphone4, you cannot enter in a 128 bit encryption code for the wifi because the field will not allow enough digits to be entered. The MP180 will not play movies in MPEG4 format greater then 15 MB off of the micro-sdcard especially if you store multiple movies on the device. The OS is so bad that the video plays ahead of the sound. The browser functionality is terrible...when you do have a wifi connection there is no way to control the pointer, and the keypad on the device is useless. 3m needs to recall these devices and rewrite the OS, Here is a hint 3M try testing your products before releasing them to the public or 3M you will continue to get posts like this one.

3M values your feedback and would like the opportunity to specifically address your concerns. For additional support, please contact us at 1-866-631-1656 (toll free) or visit the 3M Pocket Projector support site at www.3mpocketprojector.com/support. 1. The touch screen on the 3M MP180 is resistive, which means it is pressure activated. A stylus pen is sometimes useful for resistive screens or you can use a retracted pen or pencil. The resistive touch screen helps keep the device from accidentally switching over to another program during use. 2. The MP180 supports Bluetooth 2.0 file transfer but the Apple™ iOS does not. This is why the Bluetooth on 3M MP180 will not work with the Apple iPhone. Reference http://support.apple.com/kb/ht3647 3. When the MP180 was launched it supported 128 bit WEP-Open but not 128 bit WEP-Shared. The MP180 WEP password screen accepts only ASCII text and not Hexadecimal. We have found this to support most wifi networks. The MP180 software version 2.0 now supports 128 bit WEP-Shared. You can download 2.0 from the www.3mpocketprojector.com/support website. 4. The MP180 plays MPEG4 files with resolution no greater than 720x480(NTSC) and a frame rate no greater than 40 frames per second. We did test full-length movies (1.4 GB) on the MP180 playing from both the internal memory and the microSD card with good results. You may need to reformat your file. This can be done through free programs such as, iWisoft video converter. We would like to assist you with the movie file you mentioned. Please call us toll free at 1-866-631-1656. I got this product and used it once so far. The battery was fully charged, but it turned off after about an hour (not the two hours it said it would last). I had to plug it into the wall to finish the presentation. A few days later, I tried to use it again; however, the battery apparently drained completely down while it was just sitting there. That made it useless for purposes of providing a presentation that day. I tried to let it charge again, but so far, I still haven't been able to power it back up. Maybe, it's just a bad battery, but, as of now, I am unimpressed.

3M values your feedback and would like the opportunity to specifically address your concerns. 1. When the MP180 is shipped, the battery ships half charged, as is the standard for lithium-ion batteries. At half charge, the battery will last about 1 hour. 2. Like many electronic devices, when the MP180 is turned off, it actually goes into "sleep mode." This enables the projector to wake up significantly faster than a full reboot. The "sleep mode" continues to consume some power and over time the battery will drain. To avoid draining the battery in sleep mode, we suggest you either plug the device in when not in use or remove the battery completely from the projector. 3. If you have further trouble with the battery please give us a call 1-866-631-1656. A battery that is fully drained will take 3 hours to charge while not in use. Please contact us at 1-866-631-1656 (toll free) or visit the 3M Pocket Projector support site at www.3mpocketprojector.com/support.

I am very happy with my item, it is really easy to use, the only thing that i recommend is that you should sell the remote control with the projector because it is really necessary the remote control, the botton that chance each slide are small and if i am doing a presentation i have to give it being really close to tje projector but other than that it is an awesome projector.!
