I first saw this pad at the NY Food Show, and it was given away by a vendor. After using it at home on my cast iron skillet,
my opinion was extremely positive - it worked fantastically! After awhile, I needed to replace it, so I finally found some online at Amazon. I got a pack of 4, because I never want to be without one. This is the only scouring pad which works with my cast iron skillet. The beautiful finish I kept reading about is finally on my pan, and I am a happy woman. All my foods cook wonderfully now, this scouring pad is awesome. Yes, it can work on other pans too!!

1. It scourers well without scratching. 2. It doesn't sour. 3. It appears to be indestructible. I don't think Scotch brags enough about this little item. They may have made the perfect scouring pad. I've used the same one for weeks. I even put it through the dishwasher once just to see what would happen. The package included more than one, but I wonder if the first one will ever wear out.

These are kind of pricey for scrubbies; however I gave them as a stocking stuffer to a "purple" fan for Christmas. They are good quality and fun.
