Better than you'd think.,

You know, you'd think something like this, at such a low price, wouldn't work...but they do. I put a package into my china cabinet once a year or so and it really slows down the tarnish. It's not perfect, and it works better if your storage area is pretty well sealed, but it does make a significant difference. The only downside is that you've got those little dark strips lying around. I can kind of hide mine under and behind pieces, but they're still sometimes visible. Oh well, small price to pay for an easier yearly polishing job!

For those of you who are flute players, this will cut down necessary polishing of your instrument. It's a great and simple investment for those who don't play often keeping the flute shut up for months to those who play daily. It maintains conditions necessary so there is less tarnishing over time. I've used them for years and recommend them!

if anyone has had to polish silver before you'll know how annoying it is and how quickly it tarnishes (even when its in a display case)
these strips are so simple yet so ingenious and a great product! instead of having to polish silver around once a month now we only have to polish it every 5 months!! you put them in the display case with the silver making sure to conceal them so guests dont see them and volia you're done!
