3M Ultrathon Insect Repellent 8oz. Clothing & Gear is for treatment of Clothing, Gear, Bed Nets, Tents, Sleeping Bags and Backpacks. Repels Mosquites and Ticks. Lasts for 6 weeks even through 6 laundering cycles. Keeps insects from bithing through fabric. Oderless after application. Will not stain or damage clothing, fabrics, plastices, finished surfaces, or outdoor gear. Contains 0.50% Permethrin. Do not spray on skin.

I use this on every hike I take in New England during the mosquito season.
I find it the most effective of all the sprays and it lasts.
Use sparingly on the skin and watch out for plastics as it can damage them.
The SRA-6 spray is 25% DEET (zoom in on the image and you can read the content) and not 0.5% Permethrin as stated in the product description.

We have used this product for years. We live in northerm Mn and this has been the only thing we found that protects us. We have not been able to find it in any stores this year so I decided to check on line and found that Amazon carried it at the best price.

This is a great product. Went to Palawan Island, Philippines. A malaria area. It is greasy like sunscreen but that is the time release part of this product and it works wonderfully. No bites!
