This battery works very well in my Vtech phone (model #MI6896). The original model number of the batteries it came with was 27910. The batteries all started to die about 1.5 years after we bought the phones (meaning that even after being charged all night, they wouldn't last for more than half an hour). I've had these new batteries for about a month and they have worked very reliably so far. I am the only one in the family that regularly puts the phones back on the charger after using them, and as a result some of them regularly go overnight (or more) without being put back in the charger. Despite this, there have been no problems with any of the phones dying in the middle of a call (even a long one).

These batteries are great and so far three weeks in use with no issues. I did learn something when shopping for batteries, the bigger the Mah the better! You need to keep the volts the same when buying new batteries but an increased Mah is better. Mah stands for Milliamp hours or how long the battery can hold the charge. Think of it like a gas tank for your car, the bigger the tank the more gas it can hold and the farther you can go. Same with the batteries. My old one had 600 Mah and these have 700 Mah. With these new 700 Mah batteries my phones never loose a charge now and can even go a day or so without being back in the charger!

My Vtech phone system with 4 handsets had their batteries all die within 2 weeks. I went to Walmart and found replacement batteries priced at $15 each. I bought 2, installed 1, went to Amazon and found these at 1/3 the price. Installed these batteries and they work fine.....and then I returned the second battery to Walmart!!

These batteries appear to be the same as my original equipment batteries, and so far work great!!!

purchased product, charged 3 batteries. Worked fine for 3 weeks then all 3 batteries discontinued working at the same time and will not take a charge

The batteries were defective but when I notified the seller they were quick to resolve the problem to my satisfaction. would do business with them again

My wife really liked our phones, so rather than get new ones, we decided to just replace the batteries. These worked great. They were easy to change and cheap.

I read the reviews here and bought 4 of these for my AT&T E5914B cordless phone (with answer machine). The battery compartment says the battery type is 27910, so this is it. To my surpise, 1) the batteries actually came individually packed very well in their hard plastic cover, and 2) the capacity (an indication how long it will last once fully charged) is 750 mAh compared to my original 600 mAh and this exceeded 700 mAh of earlier ones in some reviews here.

My original batteries lasted 3 years and got hot and can't even last a minute phone call. So I have to let them go. These replacement ones seemed working fine and I am satisfied.

Not sure why, but only 1 one the 3 batteries I got worked. Too much trouble to return them but dissapointing none the less.

Works very well - which was a pleasant surprise, since I've not had good experience with post-market phone batteries. Good price - especially on bulk. I just discovered that both my Motorola and V-Tech phones both use this - I'm buying more!

Its been a month since i have been using the battery for my AT&T cordless. The sound quality has definitely improved. Delivery was prompt and arrived in good condition with no damages.
