Not worth returning them.

It may be an issue with the DVD player itself though, I can't 100% say that its a faulty cord.

I know this because it also works great for my Samsung Captivate to play movies on my TV.

So I did some research before wasting money on these cables and come to find it, it was well worth it to me. I read a lot about switching the red and yellow cable around, so I didn't panic when they didn't work the correct way. So listen, if you can find it within yourself to switch the cable around instead of complaining about it then this is a great buy and does it's job correctly. It was probably a bulk manufacturing mishap thus why these are one of the cheapest cables you can buy. I use them to connect my in dash dvd player to another indash receiver through the aux port. For those curious the FLOW of the RCA's work both ways. Meaning you can use them as a video in or video out, depending on your device. I know this because it also works great for my Samsung Captivate to play movies on my TV.

That being said, to sway you one way or another, I would buy them. I mean really it's less then $4 risk we are talking here. I lose that amount in change over a week so ya. Go for it and you will see that they do the job intended.

I bought this cable for my Philips portable DVD player, but upon hooking everything up, I get choppy audio and no video. I swapped all the connections around (just in case some of the wires were crossed), but nothing helped.

It may be an issue with the DVD player itself though, I can't 100% say that its a faulty cord. For $3, I have a nice addition to my junk drawer.

This is exactly what it says it is...just be sure you're getting the right one for your camera brand, so there's some variation in the market.

It does not work with my Western Digital TV Live Plus unit. Outcome of the video is really bad. I wonder why not all 3.5mm to RCA are created equal.

The item is very good, it works, but came a little slower then expected and a little wet(due to rain).

Make sure you don't throw it our if it's not working properly. The color coding may just be off like mine was. Other than that it is fully functional and gives no problems.

Bought this about 6 months ago to play movies on my TV from my cell phone. Worked fine for a few months, but the cable has now shorted out from the 3.5mm end and only plays audio out of one end. Put a new cable in place and no issues. I am generally gentle with my cables, so would contribute it to a very cheap plug. 2 stars because, what do you expect for 3 bucks.

Junk cable. Sound only comes out of one side, not stereo like it should be. Only reason I gave it 2 stars is because the price is so cheap I really didn't expect too much.
