Only if you put this couch on carpet would I even suggest you purchase this. Our sections slip and slide away from each other every chance they get. We have used some slip resistant cloth and that did not work. And let me tell you the cushions are cheap and not reversible and if you sit on the couch they deform and do not come back to being normal. My wife and I decided on this couch as a cheaper alternative to saving up for a good one. I do not recommend this for anyone else. Save your money for a quality piece of furniture.

It is hard enough to get anyone to ship to Hawaii that when you do recieve your product, you would expect that it is the right one. I actually have to work with a shipping company on the west coast to ship items to me. When Visiondecor Furniture shipped the sectional to the shipping company in California, I am unable to see what is inside the box until it reached me in Hawaii. The INVOICE and PICTURE of the product show that the color of the sectional is sage green. When I finally receive my sectional, it was a light brown color. This sectional is for a client of mine whom wanted the sage green color to match the color scheme. I have now lost a client and cannot use the sectional as planned. I asked for a compensation of some sort and received no response from Visiondecor. When you pack an item, how can you send the wrong color when it clearly states sage green? Maybe it was done purposely,...I will never know. I was let down when I did not receive what I paid for. Vendors who do not take responsibility for what they sell should not be in business.

I ordered this sofa near the end of Oct. and was assured they would arrive before Thanksgiving. After not recieving the couches by Thanksgiving I was a little dissapointed to say the least. My wife and I eagerly opened the boxes just to find they had sent the wrong item. We spent a month in communication with Visiondecor and the best they could do was either an untimely exchange or a 10% refund. It would be a very different review if this was a lamp or a rug, but these are couches we ourselves had to assemble. Shop here with EXTREME caution.

First let me say that we really like the couch. It wasn't extremely difficult to put together (my husband and his buddy did it in about an hour). The color is a nice deep green and it's very cozy. My husband, myself, and the two kids can all lounge on it together. I am glad that the covers are washable. This really is a great price for a nice sectional in a casual setting.


I purchased this sectional set on Dec. 14, and amazon said it would be delivered by Dec. 24. The vendor then told me that Amazon was incorrect with delivery dates and it would arrive by 12/31. Meanwhile, it wasn't until after the 31 st that the delivery company called; then they couldn't deliver to me until Jan. 11, because we live in a rural area (though about 90 miles from there main warehouse). The packaging was falling apart and one of the sofas looked like it was literally coming out of the box, but nothing was actually damaged.

I communicated via email multiple times with Sean at the visiondecor company; eventually when the delivery date was delayed due to our rural address, he agreed to refund me the full delivery charge (around $150). I agreed to this and because of this good customer service, I am pleased with the sale.

This couch is wonderful. It is comfortable and very stylish. The delivery time was only a little longer than expected. Assembling the couch is a two or three person job. My couch pieces were not numbered like in the instructions that were included but I was still able to figure it out. The couch is true to the color shown in the online photos. Very good deal for such a great couch.

I ordered this through Vision Decor. It was shipped within a few days of my order and I received it two weeks later. There was an initial mixup with the delivery company delaying my delivery date (outside contractor not Vision Decor) but let me tell you Vision Decor, via Camelia, went above and beyond to make sure that everything was straightened out and I would get the delivery ASAP despite the run around the delivery company gave me (it was right around Christmas in the delivery company's defense and pretty hectic-but I still needed the couch by a certain date). I would not hesitate to order from Vision Decor again and they had excellent customer service. I didn't even have to call Vision Decor- they took care of my complaints against the delivery company via emails (my personal preference :)- I hate phone trees or leaving messages) and voila it was all taken care of. Yay!!!

Regarding the couch itself- our family loves it. We ordered the Green/Sage right hand facing chaise. I ordered it specifically for my mom for Christmas as we would have many family members home for the holidays and I thought an inexpensive sectional would be the perfect fit.Our older couch and loveseat have seen better days. It looks beautiful. It does look exactly like the picture. It has a lot of space to seat many family members. There is a chaise, but also when placing the Ottoman up against the opposite corner it essentially like having two chaises or a U shaped sofa. The cushions are a bit firmer (firmer not uncomfortable), but after years of our soft yet sagging couches, it was a nice change. I slept on it twice and it was a good night's rest.

The couch does require some assembly- it took my husband and I a couple of hours. But for the money you save, as normal delivery and set up would have run about $200, it was well worth it. This couch is inexpensive, yet is impressive above what you paid. I did not have $2000 for a higher end sectional, and for the price (remember this sofa is inexpensive) our family is very happy with what we have. Overall, a good find and a great deal for the price.

I had a terrible experience with Home Rev. Amazon doesn't even have a contact phone number for them. I bought some furniture from them. I tried to contact them through Amazon many times to no avail. The furniture arrived late and damaged. I made this purchase because of Amazon. But after this experience, I've decided never to purchase from Amazon or Home Rev.

My question is, how can Amazon distribute for any company if they don't have even their phone number and can't get a hold of them. No more shopping at Amazon for me.

I am very happy with my recent purchase of my couch!!! The color is absolutley beautiful and it is very comfortable.

I purchased this sofa for my daughter for christmas and she loves it. For the price, it was a great buy. It looks great and it's pretty comfortable, but it's not the type of product that I would expect to last forever. It's more on the level of IKEA quality. But like I said, for the price you can't beat it. The shipping and delivery went well too. It came in a reasonable amount of time, and the delivery company called and scheduled the delivery. It came protected and undamaged. All in all, very happy with the purchase.
