I got these in Saturday 11/06/2010. It was suppose to be in 10/29 the order was placed just about two weeks prior, so being without seating in a new house was far from pleasant. I have also paid for the white glove delivery and when I asked the delivery guy if this will be threashold, he said "What's that?" I had to explain and he replied "No" and dropped off everything in the garage. So I went ahead and signed off on it like an idiot and off they went. As I went later to close the garage door there was a peice of paper on the ground so I picked it up and it was part of the documentation that stated a "Yes" to white glove delivery on all peices.
I live alone and had brought it all in by myself and set it up too. The love seat and recliner was nice and the peices came together easily; however, the left end of the sofa leans back farther than the other peices by about a couple of inches and there are about an inch to two inches gap along the backside as well. This is most prominent on the back of the bottom left cushion. As for the overall, the couches are nice looking but not as comfortable as I would have thought. If it wasn't for a coffee table to lay out my legs, I would imagine an extensive upright seating would eventually cut off blood circulation to my lower extremedies. The delivery service SUCKS and will not purchase white glove delivery ever again as it was truly a waste of my money. I would ask for reimbersment but knowing how internet shopping and customer services are when you're not looking at them eye-to-eye but instead over the phone is just too much of a hassle or "the blame game" and I will probably be given the run around so why bother. Anyway, if you have to shop online for items, then be very careful and know that you're not always gonna get the best services available. My take is that I will no longer buy items online again.

Like others, I was nervous about ordering a big ticket item such as furniture off the Internet. However, I am pleased to say that the experience was painless. The price was better than similar items found locally, the items arrived quickly, the delivery personnel were courteous and helpful, the items were undamaged, and exactly as expected.
