4.0 out of 5 stars They have potential to be BIG
They sound older, their music a mix of Pop and R&B. A great album to dance and groove to at a club. They definitely have potential to be BIG some day...need more publicity! I rec'd their cd and also try Angela Ammons.

3.0 out of 5 stars Not Memorable...
Yeah, they're photogenic. Yeah, they can sing well. NO, their songs aren't great. The only one I really enjoyed was The World of Make Believe. All of the others sort of fade together, none are good, none are bad. There's a reason 3rd Faze faded into pop history without ever being something. All of the tracks sound like cheap demos, something that would be a stepping stone...

3rd Faze are beautiful, talented, and have beatiful voices and awesome dance moves. I saw them open up recently for my favorite singer, Britney Spears. They are the best girl group out there. Clearly influenced by I5, Britney Spears, Destiny's Child and many other pop singers, i'll have to admit there music is nothing new. you can hear similar music to thing in tons of pop singers. But they are unique. If you like a good mixture of teen pop and r&b, you will love them!

Yea, i really like this cd... i think the album wuz good... the best are "chameleon" "not like her" & "boy u gotta go" Halie has the best voice... and they're from Orlando, Florida - in which, i love that place... so the girls did a good job with this one.. sure, they haven't been on the scene since but that's probably because Edel Entertainment was nixed.. Either way, i enjoy this and "Dance" is a great club-banger! I wanna thank BDMAENTERTAINMENT for sending me this disc...

5.0 out of 5 stars Really good album from an underrated group, August 28, 2011

This review is from: 3rd Faze (Audio CD)
I remember reading about these girls a long time ago and I didn't really know much about them. I found out about them by stumbling upon the page for this CD one day and was so curious about them, even though what drew me to them was the fact the group consisted of very attractive ladies.

I'll admit, I'm a sucker for girl singers, as well as girl groups, not to mention bands that have a female lead singer. I don't know why, I just do, and this group was no exception and when I bought this CD, I ended up thinking that this was one overlooked album from an overlooked group. Some of my favorite songs on this album were Shy, If You Ever Feel The Need, Over You, and Chameleon. I wonder if they ever had any sort of publicity when this album came out.

Overall, if you're into dance pop music, girl groups, whatever, I highly recommend this album. You'd be surprised how good this album is. Such a shame that the group disbanded since the release. I would have liked to have heard another album from them, or at least albums from any of the members.

SARA, MINIA AND HALIE SOUND LIKE THEY WERE BORN TO SING TOGETHER. THEIR HARMONIES ARE AWESOME AND THEIR LEADS ARE EXCEPTIONAL. MINIA'S CLEAR HIGH VOCALS ARE INSPIRING, SARA'S BLUESY TONES MOVE MY SOUL AND HALIE'S SMOOTH ALTO IS THE ICING ON THE CAKE. MY PERSONAL FAVE'S ARE "WORLD OF MAKE BELIEVE" AND "CHAMELEON". CAN'T WAIT FOR #2!
