I really like the simplicity of this item. I did find their site and they sent me an email with their number when I had a few install questions. So far so good!

The mic doesn't work, so you cant answer incoming calls when using bluetooth. And every time you turn off the stereo, you loose all your settings (FM statios, audio stations, etc). The user guide is terrible. And there is no site or phone for customer service. Don't buy this equipment.

Nice sound. Poor quality,

The device works well but it's not branded. Plus the USB port stopped working. The touch screen sometimes doesn't detect touchs and gets difficult to manage. The size of the device isn't standard and that makes difficult to fit in most of the dashes in cars. I have installed it in the 2 cars I have had and it didn't fit well in none of them. I would recommend to buy a branded device instead. The instructions manual is terrible.

I have try to purchase this item from the Tadibrothers, I didnt have to wait to much for the item so I was happy for the fast shipment, but once it arrived my "limited" edition was a total different product, I was not happy at all but I try to test it since perhaps it was a similar model, yet the blue tooth is not working, and the DVD player is randomly working, so I notice that is was a software level issue, I talk with the customer service reps to find out about the return terms and they said that they run out of the stock for the product that they show on the amazon.com page, so If they do not have the model and they claim to care about their customers, then why do not ask if I still want the product or not? I have check the model that they send me on amazon and internet sites and is a cheaper version, also the screen was with scratchs and there was dirt!...at the end I didnt send it back since I do not trust them now...so be a carefull with the product, is better to call them first so you really know what are you buying, since with them you never know... I really do not recommend to purchase this product or any other from them at all...

I bought this because it was WAY cheaper than other stereos.Sure enough, you get what you pay for. The display doesn't tilt all the way. The radio doesn't turn on 80% of the time. I think I need a whole new unit. I tried various high quality adapters and even two different cars. I watched power levels and they are clean. The mic cable is really short too...so that feature is useless for any one that wants to hide the cable. I too lost saved stations a lot.

This a Tadi Brothers item designed and manufactured in china (I just thought I would include that since it is curiously not listed anywhere in the item description). I bought this because it had all the features I was looking for (e.g., DVD, MP3, Touch screen, BlueTooth, etc) for a very affordable price. It turns out you can manufacture things very cheaply when you don't bother to make them work. The idea is nice and if it worked as an equivalent Kenwood or pioneer it would be a steal at this price and received 5 stars. Unfortunately, the software was apparently designed by the same 9 year olds making our Nikes and as such is a steal at this price. If I had it to do over again I would have spent the same money on a name brand with fewer features that worked correctly. All right here's the break down if you are still foolishly thinking as I did that "even if it only half way works it is still worth the savings."Installation: Installation is fairly easy as there is a useful diagram on the unit itself. The manual, however, was written by a Chinese man that does not speak English, so do not count on it for help. I offer these direct quotes from the manual if there is any doubt: "The Bluetooth function is optional, you just can use this function which you bought the products including Bluetooth function." Or "First way: During any mode, setting your mobile as `bluetooth connect" , when it successed connected, the screen will show a `success' word." The spelling and punctuation are as they appear in the manual. If that doesn't clear up any confusion you can always contact the company (see below). Customer Support: Company never responded to emails or calls. Interface: The first thing you are going to want to do is keep a paper clip handy at all times with this device because you will be resetting it a lot. And I mean a lot. The good news is that with each reset it is sort of a grab bag of options. You will gain some features and lose some others. For the first two weeks I owned this item I could not access the main menu. Every time I hit the Menu button it said "Invalid Key." But one day after many many resets it just started working. It was an exciting day. The touch screen has many options that are way too small to use safely while driving. It takes so much concentration to read all the options and actually hit the tiny words on the screen you are just asking to crash while attempting to do so. But, cleverly, most if the options available in the touch screen are not available elsewhere on the unit so you have no choice. The main display line that tells you what mode you're in, the time, or how long a song has been playing is literally 2 mm high, so I hope your vision is good. The good news about that is that it is too small to see that the clock is changing times each time you turn on the car. Also you better brush up on your chinese because some of the display is in kanji. Oh, and do you want to hear the song you are listening to from the beginning? Well forget it. Back does not start the song over, it skips it back one. And if you are on random play either way you skip is randomly selected. There is no way to go back to a song you were just listening to. Tadi Brothers You've done it again! Menu: The touch screen menu consists of about 15 items crammed onto the tiny screen, most of which don't do anything. (There is an "angle" command for example. This does not function in any mode on the player. It just say's "Invalid Key" each time it is pressed, very handy.) Not to fear, however, because the unit comes with a handy stylus to accomplish this. Oh but there is no where on the unit to store the stylus, so better not misplace it. You will also note the unusually sharp point of the stylus while you are admiring it. Perhaps this is to hard reset the unit? Nope it doesn't fit in that hole, so you will still need the paperclip. BlueTooth: The Bluetooth is not quite as well designed as the above described features. Once you have paired your phone to the unit, sometimes you can get incoming calls and sometimes you can make outgoing calls but not always both or either. It frequently rejects incoming calls and often does not allow the callers to hear you when it does answer. If you do not have the face on the deck it still answers your calls so you cannot use your phone or take the call through the Bluetooth, again, very handy. It has useful messages that display all the time on it such as "Hand up" which I assume is the Chinese-English equivalent of "Hang up," but I can't be sure. It does sometimes display the number of the incoming call, but no names or information. You cannot access your phone book, quick dial, or any other phone features through it either, so don't expect that. Oh and the microphone is not built into the face of the unit, but rather is a cheesy chord you plug into the back of the deck and have to string through your dash to some exposed location. Good luck with that. BlueTooth Stereo: The Bluetooth stereo took me a long time to figure out. It turns out that at least with my phone (t-mobile MDA), I have to go into the settings each time I want to use the Bluetooth stereo, go to the devices list, choose the tadi brothers unit, refresh the list, reselect wireless stereo and save the settings each time. It is only about a 45 second process each time I get in the car. Boy is that handy. Oh and it always sounds like someone is ringing a very high pitched bell in the background of every song when it is utilizing this function. DVD: DVD player works okay. Occasionally it will pop up the onscreen menus and they will not go off during the dvd. That is a nice feature to have. That way you have time to study all the little features that don't do anything. But since you can't watch the movie you have to look at something. MP3: It plays MP3's fine, but forget about navigating through lists of mp3's its not going to happen.
