Great phone, but if you're looking for caller id, this model does NOT have it. Other models do.

We've been using five of these phones for over 5 years in our small real estate office with myself and 4 agents. Combined with phone company rollover services, they have been the perfect alternative to expensive phone systems. They have all the essential functions of the bigger systems without the higher cost. You can do call transfers, conferencing, page, redial, speakerphone, assign diverse rings to different lines, and a dozen or so other things we don't use. I think these phones are a great value for the money. You must change out the standard "AA" batteries about once a year and there is no prescreening, hold music or voice mail. We use a separate, inexpensive recorder in combination with the phone comapany rollover function.
