If you are looking to have some of the great bread that you had while in Galicia in Spain, then this is your ticket. The bread is wonderful, and it's never lasted long enough in my house to get moldy - altho if you are only used to American bread that is packed with preservatives I can see why you would be surprised when it molded. The bread arrives, partially baked in a plastic bag. You put the bread in the oven and get great European crusty bread, very tasty. My only problem was that the remaining unbaked bread (which I placed in the fridge, as recommended) started getting mold spots within 2 days.

If you are looking to have some of the great bread that you had while in Galicia in Spain, then this is your ticket. The bread is wonderful, and it's never lasted long enough in my house to get moldy - altho if you are only used to American bread that is packed with preservatives I can see why you would be surprised when it molded. Customer service at La Tienda is great, and this bread is too.
