The padlock is cheap, there was no lens cleaner like the description said, the shield was very cheap and didnt work at all, and why would you need a UMD Cartridge Cleaner for? over all it was a very bad transaction and wasted $35.00 on junk and will never do business with this God awful company again and they may have great rating but stay away from them as they will dupe you and just plain take your money. And it looks like they went to Game Stop or Walmart and got it. I am very very dissatisfied with this company
