The ad copy for this claims that the "4 oz. creamer keeps dairy products cold," but the creamer is not double-walled or insulated in any way. Also, the creamer and sugar bowl are much smaller than I expected from the picture, but I guess I should have read the measurements in the description. However, they hold enough for my purposes.

I wanted to give three stars, but I'm sticking with four because I don't want to discourage people from buying it. While I'm disappointed in the size and lack of insulation, and I think they're overpriced for such a miniature set, I'm ultimately satisfied with the quality and use them every day at work. I make tea by the pot, and this set is perfect for office use.

The only daily annoyance is that the spout on the creamer is difficult to clean. A tiny little bit of cream always dries in the little indentation in the spout, and it requires the very tip of the scrubby part of the sponge to get in there.

Bought this delightful creamer and sugar set with tray and liked it so much that I had to buy a second. Would make a lovely gift, too. Can't go wrong with this set for the price! Beautiful to look at and very practical.

I'm very impressed with the quality of the manufacturer, StainlessLux. I bought their citrus juicer as well and it's equally terrific. I'll definitely buy more items by this company. Great quality, good prices.

Title says all. While the customer service from this company is exceptional, they are clearly not shipping the same product as shown and reviewed in the previous reviews. The first set I received arrived in a box, wrapped tightly in cheap clear plastic. There was no "Silver Lux" bag, or any storage bag to speak of. The dimensions, while small, were FAR larger than stated on the product page. The creamer cup was pock marked with many dents, and the both the lid of the sugar container and the inside of the container were deeply scratched. This looked like poor quality steel, and was clearly full of manufacturing issues.

The company selling this on Amazon responded immediately to my e-mail, and after showing them photos of the damage, sent out two replacement parts. This time, the handle of the creamer was attached upside-down so that the balance was off (the small part was at the top, and the wide part at the top, so that it was impossible to hold even empty.) The "creamer" container has just a small, poorly formed indent where liquid is supposed to come from. It fails to pour, except out of the side as sloppy overflow.

BE WARNED: This looks absolutely nothing like the high-quality, but small, set shown in the video review by another Amazon member and reviewed by others. This company is now using dollar store quality pieces and selling them for an outrageous price. Although their customer service is exceptional, their product is currently not even worth the shipping charge. And I am perfectly comfortable paying 30-40 dollars on small steel sets for personal tea service. This company sells many steel-related pieces on Amazon. I would watch them closely and read the reviews in detail before making a purchase from them, as the quality control and product no longer match what they advertise.

I typically do not review mediocre or poor quality products on Amazon (see my reviews), but this one was just appalling.

I guess I didn't read the proportions because I was surprised at how small it is. I still like it, just have to fill it more often than I like.

I liked the design, the quality, and the heft but really these pieces were about 2/3 of my expected scale. A bit dainty.

My daughter has broken three sugar bowls and I finally decided to buy a stainless set. The seller sent me two sugar bowls by mistake but sent me a creamer without me ever contacting them. The set is so cute, great for entertaining and best of all it won't break!!! I would definitely use this seller again, and buy this product!

Check out the measurements before you purchase--these containers are about half the regular size. Beautifully designed and well made, but too small to be practical.
