Great Device for your Multiroom setup. I used this for a Multi-room system for someone who had thier house wired by a "pro" but neglected to run any cables for anything other than speakers. The "pro" wanted to install a $11,000 crestron system that was far-far overkill for what they wanted. I was able to use this, a Onkyo Stereo amp, and a few other pieces to build exactly what they wanted for 1/5th the price.

Was able to use to be able to set room volume seperately for each zone, all via remote. Preset mode is excellent. Manufacturer has entire IR code library online in Pronto and URC formats, so setting up was a breeze.

Has seperate IR inputs for each zone, so an IR panel can be used it each room to control just that room, or can use the code library and control any zone for anywhere.

Only complaint was no built in IR on the unit itself.. HAVE to use an IR distro system or RF to IR converter. Was a little pricey, but seems to be the only one on the market with its abilities, so they do have the right to charge for it. The Included remote is a joke as well, but pretty much everyone is going to be using some sort of universal anyways.
