The wide, deep slots will handle just about anything that can be toasted, then, when toasting is complete, it lofts your toast high enough for easy removal. Toast comes out evenly brown and consistent from batch to batch. Toasting time is fast. Look carefully at the dimentions of this toaster. It has a fairly large footprint. This is not a problem in my kitchen, especially since it has four, large slots, and does not claim to be a compact appliance. However, it could be inconvenient for someone with a cramped work area.

Great quality toaster, great price. I think the heating element could be faster but other than that no complaints.

UPDATE: 3 years old and going strong, I'm extremely happy with this toaster.

This toaster is awesome! Very sheek looking and looks great on counter! It toasts great! and the best part is you can fit thicker bread or bagels in it to toast! Definately recommenede

Works as advertised. Toast bread evenly on both sides and has a cancel button. Only negative is that it has a really large footprint, even for a 4-slice toaster.

The toaster is made of very flimsy materials and it takes over 5 minutes to toast a bagel on the highest setting and it doesnt even toast it dark! Maybe if you have a lot of time on your hands this will be the toaster for you.

Kind of big, but most bread slices fit. Good toast. Difficult to remove small slices. Slower toasting than many.

I thought this was going to be the saver because of the reviews. Who reviewed this horrid machine, the manufacturer I suppose. It takes up half the counter space and then you have to toast twice to get even a little brown on your bagel. Pass this one by, I wish I had...waste of money!
