I found most of these recipes great and fairly simple to make. Note this is not a Vegan cook book and many of the recipes use eggs or dairy.

The recipes sound good enough, but it's essentially just like any other cookbook. In order to make each recipe a "four-step" process, the recipes combine several steps into one. Example: One recipe tells you that one step is to preheat the oven, broil vegetables (turning occasionally until blackened), wrap the vegetables in foil, cool them, peel them, seed them, and cut them into strips. This sounds like a minimum of seven steps to me.
