Great Book!
This book is great! It provides general knowledge required to purchase your own home and/or begin investing in real estate! Easy to read and packed with nuggets of powerful information! I have now purchased multiple copies and I am using them as gifts for friends! No one thinking of buying a house or doing some real estate investing should be without this book...

40 Acres & a mule
This book is great for those of us that want reparations. We don't realize that we have our reparations and more, all we have to do is go out and get it. It gives us a new look at building wealth which is much more than a hand out.

This is a great book! I wish I had the book when I lived in Houston. Well put together and a simple read. I read it on the plane to Paris and was even more excited about growing my real estate protfolio. Keep up the good work Kevin and I wish you the best. Keep em coming...
