I have a slightly older edition of this poster which is less colorized, but it still dominates one entire wall of the room. The large size means you are able to point out the smallest of map details. There are inscriptions in tengwar script around the edges, transliterated excerpts from Tolkien's songs "In Western Lands" and "Song for the Sea", which gives the whole thing a very authentic feel.

If you are a true Tolkien dork, this will definitely let everyone else know, without looking like a movie poster. And really, that's just what I wanted.

This HUGE poster was a smash hit for my kids' room makeover. i got it laminated at an Office Max for about $30, and my kids have a VERY COOL, VERY LARGE, budget-friendly, kid-friendly piece of artwork in their room like no other. They were always drawing their own maps on paper, but this one knocked their socks off...a great gift for the serious LOTR fan! Rich colors, great detail...love it.

A great item for any Lord of the Rings fan! It's gigantic and takes up about 1/3 of my wall. I am also going to buy a 54"x39" frame for it. I love this poster!

I am a big fan of all the books and movies, so I couldn't pass this one up when I moved to my apartment. It looks great and very authentic, and it is very detailed. If you are thinking about getting it and not sure if it will look good or not, don't be worried. It is cool to look at and definitely adds some life to the living room

looks lovely on the wall, very big too! A must have item for all LOTR fans!

This thing is AWESOME! Great price and looks great. I need a bigger wall.
