Old and slow,

I bought 6 and they showed up in good shape and quickly. One died after 2 hours of use! They are an old design and take a long time to get going. Not what I expected. The new bulbs are much quicker that I buy at Home Depot etc.

CFL's save a lot of $$$ and the world... so of course 5 stars! There is a warm up period when turning on these bulbs, but this isn't much of a concern with the positives.

These light bulbs came quickly and I was happy to put them in, but we have had problems with flickering (even after warmed up sometimes)and they DO NOT work on a dimmer switch.
