happy with amazon
I shoped at home depot for this extension, I had purchased the skylight from them, they only has extensions for a smaller skylight, which they didn't stock, it was going to take a couple of weeks to get. The whole process took so long that I left. I got on line ordered the tube and had it three days later and saved aprox $20.00 Thanks amazon

I have greatly appreciated the excellent service I've had for years from Amazon.com however, on this order I was disappointed. Although I was advised that this item was shipped,and my VISA was charged, the order did not arrive, and I was notified that it could not be delivered to my address. I have greatly appreciated the excellent service I've had for years from Amazon.com however, on this order I was disappointed. Although I was advised that this item was shipped,and my VISA was charged, the order did not arrive, and I was notified that it could not be delivered to my address. Given that this same address is saved in my Amazon account and the address I've used both before and since for similar orders,I suspect this order was in fact out of stock. My VISA was reimbursed but of course I paid the exchange costs. In future if an item is unavailable I would prefer being advised of this rather than incurring VISA and exchange charges and being delayed in acquiring the items I need.
