I purchased this on 2 separate orders, and both times the cardboard/plastic package around the bulb was open and the bulb was loose in the[Amazon] box.They did work however,and provide a beautiful warm light in my mica desk lamp.I would give the bulb 5 stars and the packaging 0, if I could.I hope if Amazon gets in a new shipment of these the problem will have been corrected as I would like to order more.
