4sevens provides a 10 year warranty on their flashlights. However, now that I ready the fine print I see that they only offer this warranty if you buy the light directly from them.
If you buy your flashlight from any other seller (such as Amazon which I did) then 4sevens does not offer any warranty. Amazon's return policy is 30 days.

My warning to you -- if you want a 10 year warranty buy directly from 4 sevens.
It seems to me the company should back their products regardless of where they are sold. But nobody asked me...

When the flashlight worked it was very nice. Extremely bright and has 2 brightness levels. When I bought it in 7-2012 it was the brightest 2*AA flashight available. Compared to the Fenix e21 it has a larger light spread.
Now the on/off switch is broken. The light only stays on so long as I have my thumb pressing down on the switch. As soon as I release pressure, no light.

This is one of three Quark lights I purchased just over a year ago. This light was to replace an Inova XO light that I use day in and day out in an automotive test lab facility. I constantly enter walk-in environmental chambers on a daily basis to inspect electrical and environmental tests. On rare occasion I will forget a light in said chamber. After many years of service, I decided to look into replacing the Inova with something lighter with a clip. I've had my fare share of usage with many other flashlights in the military (Surefire, Fulton, etc), but did not feel the need to spend that kind of money.

After research, I came across the Quark here on Amazon. I thought this was going to be the perfect light: bright LED, tail cap switch, AA batteries, clip, etc. I ended up purchasing three because of the price, one for work, the second for home and the thrid I just tossed in the car. The flashlight was perfect! Bright, very light, and the clip was the perfect touch. It felt like it was half the weight of the Inova. That was just over a year ago. As of this moment, two of the three lights are no longer working. My work light was the first to go after about seven months of usage. That light was replaced with my home light, which also quit working only after five months of usage. After two dead lights, I disassembled them, cleaned the contacts, tried different batteries, even utilized a precision power supply directly to one of the lamps...nothing. I also went to FOURSEVENS website and went right down the troubleshooting guide in there FAQ section. Still no luck. The two lights are sitting on my desk at work, and the Inova came out of retirement.

The third light (that is kept in the car) still works, though it is rarely used.

I use a light almost every day at work and this is the best light I have used yet. Small and compact.

I can't say much more than that this light is amazing. Its output is fairly insane. I actually purchased a AA battery tube from foursevens and some rechargeable lithium ion batteries for a brighter (higher voltage) light albeit with shorter runtimes.

The best part of this light is that its lego-able with a lot of other components. You can get tailstanding capabilities with certain switches, momentary/no momentary/shorter battery tube/different battery tube/different head/etc etc etc.

The 10 year warranty from the manufacturer doesn't hurt either!
