I just installed this scope on my mosin nagant rifle. I was concerned with recoil affecting the scope to keep it's point of aim.
After over 40 rounds the scope was holding good. It has a very long eye relief which makes it perfect for this rifle if positioning over the rear sight dovetail. The only think I don't like is that adjustments are at 1/2MOA. I which it had 1/4 MOA to make it more precise when doing adjustments. I have not had it long so I can't tell about long term performance but after 40 rounds it is still holding good.

I love the way this scope looks on my rifle. I first purchased a 2.5X30 mm NcStar scope and it look funny because it was so short. Now with this scope it looks like it belongs on my rifle and is now great for longer distance shots. I also love the fact that there are no eletronics to worry about. Less is more when you're on a buget and have a rifle that kicks like a mule.

I got this scope when it was only $34 on amazon but i think the price was raised since then. This is a great scope! 5 stars deserved. I put this on my benjamin 392 air rifle which requires a pistol scope due to its design. and i love it! It gives you great 14'' eye relief, 4x optical zoom, a regular cross sight, and it has two easy knobs for adjusting! The lens isnt the best quality, images are a little blurred but only at closer range and it really isn't a problem. The scope also comes with 2 1'' rings, however these rings are not the standard 11m dovetail that fit my benjamin so i had to buy new rings. Overall the scope is durable, not too heavy and works great. It looks great on my 392 however, I do not recommend it for actual pistols because it has the length of a rifle scope and could be too long for an average pistol. Nevertheless, this is a great scope if you are considering it for any rifle then by all means get it! (total package includes: a nice box to store it in, a lens cloth, 2 rings with all the screws, the scope, allen wrench and direction on how to mount it)
