I've ordered one of these each time I've deployed (three times now) because the quality of mattress I get is a crap shot and this is by far the best I've ever had. I have the Tempurpedic at home and LOVE it and this is just as good. I highly encourage the four inch version, as anything less just doesn't do the trick. I'm 6'0" and just over 200 lbs and this is some of the best money I've ever spent.
