I read the reviews and they really bashed the seller, My wife wanted one so I went ahead and placed the order because there was good feed back. I was pleased the box was in good shape and it went together easy. My wife will give you a 5 star rating I gave a 4 because the assembly instructions were not found when I opened the box. She later found them under a flap. Hey there are always going to be haters,make your own decisions and don't worry about it. We are pleased and its illuminated all the time. Thanks.

Bad shipping and it didn't work,

I ordered the palm tree on 25 June and the box was thrown on my front door step on 1 July. Half the box wasn't sealed/taped. I then assembled the thing and plugged it in. NOT A SINGLE LIGHT WORKED! Of course the instructions said to inspect for light bulb damage which I found none. I tried plugging in just the bottom no lights, just the top, no lights! I pulled out my meter and I had power at the top and bottom of the tree. Just no lights. Then I called the return number of course the instructions had you call the manufacturer help desk and not the dealer you purchased the item from. I had to wait 15 minutes before talking to a representative. When I finally spoke with a representative I had to FAX my amazon receipt - of course we all have fax machines RIGHT! Then the company will get back to me within 24 hours. My gut feeling is that someone pulled this thing off the floor, didn't test anything to see if it worked and shipped it. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

Christmas Year Round,

This lighted palm tree is so cute! We put it on our 3-seasons room for the Christmas holiday, and have decided to keep it up year round. We live in North Carolina, and this tree goes well with our wicker porch furniture. Now all I need is a pink flamingo to go with it (maybe that's going too far.)
