Ok for heating, lousy for showering,

This review is from: 5 Gallon Solar Camp Shower (Sports)
I just got back from a camping trip in the high Sierras where we had this shower and also a Stearns Sun Shower. This one was much less expensive so I thought I would give it a try.
Pros: Large water capacity. Holds water ok and heated up well. Cons: Fill hole is smallish and difficult to close. There is no "spray" of water...only a dribble coming out of the nozzle when the shower bag is suspended for use. This is probably the worst defect of the shower. Looking at the valve that turns the flow on, you can see there is only a very small opening for the water to pass through. We used a knife to make the hole larger and this helped some but it should be much larger. If your idea of a shower is to have a small dribble of water coming out of a tube, then this bag is okay. If you want water spraying out, don't use this bag. Also, there isn't a thermometer on the bag to tell you how warm the water is. The Sun Shower bag is much much better. Nice spray of water comes out of the nozzle and there's a built in thermometer on the bag. We ended up filling both bags but when it was shower time we would use the Sun Shower bag until it was empty and then transfer the water from this bag into the Sun Shower bag and used the Sun Shower bag when taking a shower. 2115|RCG14NBIZWTZE;
