I'm a real beginner when it comes to massage, but this guy explains things so clearly that before long I was learning about how to work the parts that really need to be massaged on a regular basis, and learning how to massage someone else. I also like all the power points included which can help boost your energy, clear fatigue, and help with various ailments. I'm buying copies for all my friends thats for sure.

I'm an air stewardess flying long-haul and it's quite stressful dealing with all the demands of the job. A girlfriend gave me a copy of this book, and it has helped me feel in top condition in so many ways. I've recently bought my own copy and if you're a high flyer like me, I fully recommend you do too.
