Ten stars to "5-Steps to Out-of-Body & Astral Projection." I like this author's approach. There's no occult stuff here. This is a real science-based book with genuine step-by-step instructions very targeted to having an out-of-body experience or astral travel. I like that the author made detailed references to the metaphysical and scientific literature and research. I've had OBE experiences before, and this approach IS how it works. I feel the exercises could be very useful for improving my ability to project "at will." I definitely recommend this book for anyone who's even just curious about out-of-body or astral projection experiences, remote viewing, and even clairvoyance or ESP

The astral projection and OBE book "5-Steps to Out-of-Body & Astral Projection" really is what the title says: A logically organized 5-step "how-to" guide to having an OBE, remote viewing, or clairvoyant experience. I was happy there wasn't a lot of occult theory - just real exercises and recommendations by a professional first, and metaphysician second. My vote? The best easy-read book on this subject around. It's well organized, to the point, and provides real information.

"5-Steps to Out-of-Body & Astral Projection" is really very well organized and written, and has loads of interesting pictures. The author breaks the entire experience down into five steps. I found the 17 steps very useful. I just had my first tiny partial OBE -- maybe because I was using the MP3s you can get from the same author. I really DO give this OBE/astral projection 5 stars as a very practical metaphysical book.

This book was a selection of our parapsychology book club. I was very pleased at how this doctor of psychology approached the subject. It's wonderful to get information like this without all the usual emphasis on a less reliable psychic approach. I recommend this book as an excellent guide to consciousness expansion, as well as psi abilities like OBE. My five stars.

OBE and channeling are directly connected. I have been channeling my higher self for some time, and first got started through lucid dreaming and OBE. So I can say that this is a very useful book for developing your higher powers and experiences.

I like this approach. This book is one of the best I have read on the subject. Well written and well organized with very useful information. So far I have tried fifteen of the seventeen exercises and have seen phenomenal results! Very clear and detailed explanations. I have to admit I was somewhat skeptical at first, but AMAZED by the results! I am experiencing things I never though possible. It is amazing to first hand experience the Universe at work in a completely new way. The references alone make this a worthwhile buy. Excellent book!

I am a hard core skeptic, but am aware of the documented bi-location of many "saints" by my church (Catholic). This clear treatment of how OBE happens is very interesting. I am into science fiction, so I think I'll give it a try in spite of my skepticism.

"5-Steps to Out-of-Body & Astral Projection" is absolutely amazing! I LOVED the "familiar route" method, and believe it will give anyone the OBE results they are looking for! This is the best book I have ever found on this topic and I would absolutely recommend it to everyone I know! The author has give a great scientific and practical approach

I bought it not because i was optimistic, but rather because i was skeptical. I had seen this book once or twice while browsing, and happily dismissed it at first. However, I decided to buy it and see what all the fuss is all about. Although im not done reading it just yet, i have to admit many of the things covered are very impressive. Never in a million years had i thought it's so easy to connect with your "soul", if you will. Im developing a guilty pleasure for it, and will more than likely try some of these techniques one of these nights. Well done!

Five stars for this book. I had to come back and compliment this author on a job well done. This is the best info I've ever seen on this topic. I appreciated the author's scientific and practical approach, and the lack of the cosmic fluff usually present in this type of book.
