They sent me 5x power extenders that go to computer PSU's, not outlet extenders. It took me 5 emails and 2 phone calls for them to find out that the SKU was wrong, and then that their actual product was out of stock. They at least promised me a refund and said I could keep the wrong product. Not sure what I'm going to do with them, but at least I got a refund.

The extenders do exactly what they were intended to do - namely preserve space on a power strip when connecting the ever present "bricks" from electronic components (printers, monitors, etc. The merchandise arrived on time and in good condition.
