Ordered this sake set as a gift. I thought the bamboo was really unique. However, when it arrived it seemed light and cheaply made. As I was looking at it the pour spout broke off the pitcher. On the good side, it was returned without any complications and my money refunded, less shipping, of course. As I think about it, if you like your sake warm, this would not keep it that way at all. Overall, this is bad design if you actually want to use it. I would not recommend this product.

The item was delivered alright, but the quality of the sake set was poor. Very cheap. I had used one at a Japanese restaurant and loved the idea of the bamboo for a cold sake, but this set is pretty cheap.

I received the bamboo sake bottle with 3 holes on bottom and asked for exchange.They wanted me to send them photos to prove it . I took few pictures and email to them, they never response since then.
