More About the Author

Hello Everyone! My name is Pamela Kazmierczak and I am an author of several nonfiction books. The majority of my books are cookbooks, as I love to cook for my husband and my two children, and I wanted to share the recipes with other busy people out there. I also publish other non fiction books about topics that interest me as well.

This is a great little book just in time for making Christmas and holiday treats. The book does have a clickable index and the recipes are separated into the types of candy--- fudge, brittles, clusters, toffee etc. I would say each recipe calls for an average of 3 to 8 ingredients and they are items you already have or things a lot of grocery stores have on sale for the holiday season like chocolate chips, nuts, peanut butter, marshmallow creme.
There are some things you have to do on top of stove but you don't have to drag out the candy thermometer. When I look at these recipes they just seem so much easier than dragging out the flour and making cookies. I'm interested in a lot of the ones that use candy canes.
The only one I wouldn't want to make is pumpkin fudge but if someone else makes it I'll try it. Now there is a pumpkin seed brittle recipe that I think would be perfect for Halloween.
An excellent collection of recipes that will get a lot of use.

The recipes are good, but some of the directions are a little iffy . It appears as though the author's first language is not English, and I found some of the directions a little lacking. That said, once again, let me say that the recipes sound yummy.

Because of all the grammatical errors and poorly written instructions I am hesitant to try any of the recipes. This book needs to be proofread and revised. Too bad,it looked promising.

I found the recipes to be great but the poor grammar and sentences makes it poorly done. Proofreading should have been done, regardless if this was free or not.

I really highly recommend this book. I have been looking for some of these recipes for years, and I am not disappointed! My mom made fudge and peanut brittle like these. Thank you Pam so much !

How can you go wrong with a book about candy. It is easy to make and sounds delicious, as well.

Chocolate cranberry fudge does not tell you what to do with the 6oz of semisweet chocolate.

White chocolate peppermint fudge what do you do with the second marshmallow cream and the peppermint candy?

Peanut butter fudge
Put sugar in dish pan?

I was very anxious to make some of the recipes but, I stumbled when I had to keep stopping to proofread a book I didn't author. Not worth it
