I've read reviews about calibration weights sold on here being scratched or rusty but I received a a weight with no visible defects and all appearances of being new and unused.I immediately put this dead center on my 1000g x 0.1g scale and it weighed 50.0g. Next I put it on my 100g x 0.01g scale and it weighed 50.00g. I'm happy

Great for me since my scale is off by a few tenths of a gram. I just test it with this before each use to know how off the reading is.
