Toso offers great advice that all parents can use. As a single parent, I am at ease when taking advice from her books, blogs, website, etc. The best part about her advice is knowing that it comes from an expert who have researched on the topic! Without her well thought out evidence, many parents would still be struggling to find a good nanny! Simply awesome!

Your little treasures are surely the most important things in your life. I'm sure you agree with me. So, would you really let anyone take care of them? I doubt it. This book, when you and your children will be ready, will be your Bible. Moreover, even if you have already taken the step to hire a nanny, maybe have you ever been in a situation where you do not know how to act. If you have already read this book, you would have know how to react.
