About the Author
Sharon Parker is a Survey Consultant with Foresight Survey Support International. She has worked in Human Resources Development over the past fifteen years, specializing in the areas of employee selection, training, coaching and leadership development, to improve customer service, sales performance and inventory management systems. Sharon is currently working with clients to develop and utilize web-based surveys via the Internet to implement improvement strategies that measure progress. Sharon holds a Masters degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Elmhurst College.
Michael J. Schroeder is President of Foresight Survey Support International. For more than fifteen years Michael has designed and implemented employee surveys for national and international organizations. He has won national awards from Human Resources Executive and Training magazines for his contributions to the survey and training fields. He holds a U.S. patent for the Feedback Express System that accelerates collection and processing of survey data. To date, Michael has trained thousands of managers in effective survey techniques. He received outstanding instructor status from ASQC for international conference facilitation.
Dr. James W. Fairfield-Sonn earned a M.S. degree in Organizational Behavior from Cornell's School of Industrial and Labor Relations and a Ph.D. from Yale University in Organizational Behavior. He worked for IBM Corporation assisting with linking survey results to organizational strategies. He has lectured in England, France, Germany, Italy, Poland and Sweden as well as throughout the United States.
