From the Inside Flap

Best-selling author Rebecca Danger presents more than 30 unique--and irresistible--toys. Each project uses only about 50 yards of yarn! Create animals, robots, monsters, and more.

About the Author

Rebecca Danger of Bothell, Washington, is a knitting-pattern designer who believes knitting is a lifestyle, not just a hobby. She's got a great blog at www.rebeccadanger.typepad.com and a monster of a website at www.dangercrafts.com. She also feels quite proud that all of the knitting she did in high school and college has led to something more than just frowns and disgruntled looks from teachers.

You can never go wrong with a Rebecca Danger book. This one actually helps you use up your leftover yarns you can't bear to throw away. Makes some cute little gifts.

These are really cute little critters, ideal for using up little bits of yarn. And since they use less than 50 yards of fabric, they're quick.

This is the first book I have bought that involves knitting in the round, and I have found it to be quite confusing. However, I will struggle, with some help from our local yarn store, and see what I come up with. Will comment later

So much fun to work the projects. The look of the faces of the kids when they get a mini-yeti is worth the price.

Nice pictures, but we are still waiting for a book on Parrotlets that isn't just a re-make of books directed at other species. Except for the first few paragraphs, this is the same book as for cockatiels or parakeets.
