Donald Neff is a career journalist, having served as bureau chief in Tokyo for the "Los Angeles Times", and bureau chief in Houston, Los Angeles, New York and Jerusalem for "Time" magazine. He currently lives in Pensylvania and now specializes in the Middle East.
