As a chronic illness sufferer, it is often hard to focus on a 'plan of action' to handle lifes ills. This books helps outline and then set strategies for people who are suffering with tips from dealing with your family, doctors, as well as health insurance/disability issues. I reference it regularly and have used numerous tips from it in my daily life to get a handle on the downward spiral we go through with chronic illness.
