This review is from: 52 Great Poker Tips: At Home, Tournament and Online (Paperback)
I think this book is ok. I've bought a few recently and it does seem to cover the main points. For me personally I prefer a more personal approach to poker theory, Phil Gordon's Little Green and Blue books, for example. Overall, for the price, this book has some good snippets. But if you really want to get into poker theory and strategy, which you do if you want to become a winning player, then i'd recommend Phil Gordon's books above and any one of Dan Harrington, Doyle Brunson, or David Slansky's seminal works on the subject.
