Book Description

"If You Knew What Can Happen In The Next 52 Mondays It Would Take Your Breath Away"

Stop and think about it. If you had started something new and worked on it every week since one year ago, what might you have been able to accomplish? Twelve months, after all, is plenty of time to start accruing success.

For example:

* If you had written 1,000 words every week, you’d be close to completing a novel. Or you could have published several how-to eBooks.

* If you had taken in one music lesson per week, you might be approaching a level of proficiency that would allow you to entertain friends and family.

* If you had taken one day per week to start a side business, you could be entertaining the possibility of quitting your job.

A lot can happen in a year, and this easy-to-follow 52 week guide will walk you there step-by-step with exercises like:

* The champion's secret to building mental toughness muscles that keep you firmly focused on your weekly tasks.

* A no-brainer way to add one-hour of quality, productive time to every week.

* Scientifically proven methods to help you adjust your "mood barometer" at will. Never get stuck in a momentum-sucking bod mood again.

* The AAI principle taught by the ancient greeks that virtually guarantees success in any endeavor when practiced properly.

* and lots more!

4.0 out of 5 stars Easy-to-read, motivational November 27, 2012
Format:Kindle Edition|Verified Purchase
This book is full of practical, easy-to-follow advice about actual steps you can take to improve your outlook on life...and, ultimately, you should be able to improve your life once you've completed your year-long path.

Vic Johnson knows what he's talking about. These action steps actually work because he's used them in his own life. So many motivational writers just make stuff up off the top of their heads that sounds good, but this guy has lived it. I really appreciate that.

I also appreciate the fact that the written segments for each week are short. I'm a writer, editor, and a mom of 2, so time is in short supply for me. Each week's "instructions" can be read in just a few minutes, and then you're ready to start your self-improvement plan for the week. And there's a repetitive motivational mantra at the end of each weekly segment, so that the points get driven home in a big way!

Who doesn't want to achieve success and find lifelong happiness? Buy this book. Read it, and you won't disappointed. You've got nothing to lose but your negative attitude and self-sabotage!

5.0 out of 5 stars Vic Johnson does it again November 28, 2012
By JJL
Format:Kindle Edition|Verified Purchase
In 2006 I felt the pull to improve my life. I stumbled across Vic's site asamanthinketh.net, and I have been a Vic Johnson fan ever since. I have bought and used several of Vic's products. We even used one of his productions "Claim Your Power now" as a sales training tool for our employees. After six years I can say with utmost confidence, "this stuff works". Really it's not the material that works, if you work it it will work for you. I do remember after a very painful betrayal, I was severely depressed. A friend gave me a copy of Vic's CD about affirmations, wow! It was amazing what 30 days of listening to that CD did in my Spirit.

Now we have "52 Mondays: The One Year Path To Outrageous Success & Lifelong
Happiness"
This book does not surprise me as I am familiar with the source. It is practical, powerful and potentially life changing.

5.0 out of 5 stars You'll Find Momentum To Achieve Your Goals Here! November 27, 2012
Format:Kindle Edition|Verified Purchase
In most of the publications on goal setting out there, I have always found something missing. That something is regular, structured accountability. NOT SO WITH VIC JOHNSON'S NEWEST BOOK! By giving you a new step to take every Monday on the way to achieving what you want, he not only keeps you accountable for the completion of previous steps, but also helps you establish the momentum you need to truly succeed. Great Job, Vic!

3.0 out of 5 stars 52 Mondays. March 3, 2013
Format:Kindle Edition
The book is good. Easy language and representation of steps and actions using a 52 weeks structure. Although, if you had a chance to read serious and monumental books on goal setting, execution and self motivation, - this book is definitely not for you. On the way to self mastery, I would say - this one is for beginners. And in this case - this is your book and is highly recommended one.

5.0 out of 5 stars This will give you focus to achieve your goals November 25, 2012

I never fail to be inspired by Vic Johnson. His simple, straightforward and to the point approach is just what one needs to get motivated, get off the couch and doing something. I love this book's approach of taking a Monday at a time and I can't wait to record my journey over the next year. There is no doubt that this is going to be the year that changes everything for me and this book is going to be one of the key catalysts.

5.0 out of 5 stars 52 Mondays a real self starter November 28, 2012
Format:Kindle Edition|Verified Purchase
I started reading this immediately; thinking that I might pick up a few good tips. Was I ever wrong. I found lots of good tips. In fact, once I started reading, I could not stop until I had to go to work. I hurried home so that I could finish it. I have already started working on week one and had to restrain myself from jumping ahead and doing exercises from the middle and end of the progress.

5.0 out of 5 stars Can't Wait for Next Monday November 27, 2012
By Rusty
Format:Kindle Edition|Verified Purchase
I've been a fan of Vic Johnson and his "My Daily Insights" for years. I've read other books written by Vic and I find his teaching methods clear and concise. He does not waste words, simply says it as it is. This book is no exception, simple but powerful strategies, one week at a time. Grab this for yourself and your loved ones!
