It doesn't do what it said it did...,

To say the least this product was a disappointment. The issues are as follows:
1) The track was reasonably durable, but still fell apart with a minimum of pressure. Any misalignment of the track would completely derail the train. 2) The motor on the engine was too week to pull both the train car and the included car. 3) The chassis is too long. So when it goes up one of the included incline ramps, the drive wheels come off the track and it can not get up the ramp. 4) The bumpers on the front do not keep the train on the track. When it goes over the top of the incline ramps, the bumper gets caught on the side of the track. 5) The wheels fall off. That is not an exaggeration. The drive wheels actually fall off on a regular basis. 6) On top of that, the tires fall off the wheels. Also on a regular basis. 7) With all of this, I got to deal with the seller (Makeup and Gift Shop). They only give 60% on a return. That is all, but isn't that enough? |
