This book has good practical advice on having fun with less money. It covers all interest and shows you don't need a lot of money when choosing a leisure activity.

Realistic and certainly $5 or less per activity. I got an idea for what to do with my kids today!

This book surprised me. Some things were lame others kind of cool. I'm definitely going to try some. Interesting concept......

There are many good ideas in this book. Some are kind of silly, but several are good to get ideas not only how to save money but how to make it as well. I can think of other ways to have fun cheaply that aren't in the book too. It makes you think.

this book is ok...there was nothing overly creative in it. Glad it was a free book. Still have my $5!

$2.99 against the 55 ways you can do with $5? Not bad at all! Not everything should be extravagant to be special, as what this book repeatedly implies. You can find great value in simple things, and this is what most of us sadly fail to see given the commercialization of everything. I recommend this to those who are on a tight budget, or simply those who just want to get their money's worth. It's a good read - light, and very straight to the point. Five stars for me! :)

We tend to get in a rut. This is a go-to list of really great suggestions that are truly doable.

I am glad this was free. Would not recommend purchasing. Ideas include go for a hike, the library, etc. Nothing ingenious.
