This review is from: 5S Implementation Manual: Starting Lean Manufacturing
My 9 year old son read this book and went to his room and made it into a showcase example of organization and cleanliness. Not that this book was written for 9 year olds. The simplistic approach was understandable even at his age. 5S IS really simple and basic to the operation of any kind of business. Not just manufacturing, but throughout the support functions and anywhere people work.
Nice job by two experts in the field!
