These things break at the drop of a hat. Just unplugging one from the wall and plugging it back in seems likely to cause it to no longer work, and start emitting a hissing sound. My office has a bunch of the Grandstream phones (also horrible), and I have had to throw away 4 of these adapters in the last 2 months.

If you are reading this review you are in the same boat as we were in regards to grandstream power supplies not losting. Well these are a great value and we had very good luck with them. We are a CLEC in Oklahoma and use this on our SIP phones. You will not go wrong with these.
