I read this book about ten years ago. The author clearly explained the freedom that comes with taking responsibility for our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. As a Professional Mental Health Counselor, I would recommend this book to anyone who feels vaguely discontented and wants to create a better life.

Prior to reading The 5th Dimension, I had no knowledge of dimensions. Shiela's treatment of a dawning age on the earth is tender and sincere. In addition, she clearly and succintly outlines spiritual and metaphysical techniques for a happier and more whole life.
