I have been asking myself the same question as a previous post. I was really disappointed with 4th of July and couldn't get into it.
I wonder if Patterson is spreading himself a little too thin with so many co-authors jumping on the band wagon with him. I do love the Alex Cross series, and the first of the San Francisco women's club were good.....
but he's losing me. I may wait for all these new Patterson releases to come out in paperback before I buy them.
