I bought this camcorder/camera to catch my grandkids this Christmas. I charged it up and put in the memory card and it doesn't work! I e-mailed Jazz support and got a response saying the technician was off that day and would get back with the next day, which he never did! I am extremely unhappy and will probably have to send it back! Not a good purchase!

I am a second UNHAPPY customer with scrued vacation, because camera came with NO BATTERY ( Battery pack is shown in the second image)! Why nowhere in the Detail section is not mention what " BATTERIES NOT INCLUDED", and what is no where to find them in USA ! It was a Christmas present for child, next day after Christmas, we left for vacation and were not able to use camera!!!!!!!!The seller ELECTRONICA DIRECT is totally ignoring me, I filled claim through amazon.com and waiting for oustcome

This thing is AWFUL. Wasted [...] bucks on something I'll never use. Even if you SCREAM into the camera, the sound is muffled and you can't make out any words. Even if you talk into it, you hear nothing. Tried looking up both brands elsewhere, nonexistant. Jazz, Digitron, not there. Do NOT buy this camera, it's just a cheap hunk of random parts, claiming to be a working, usable product.
