Several other big name e-tailers say this game is being released December 9th. Amazon had better get this fixed somehow or they are going to lose orders!

$19.99 is a good price for the Oregon Trail Wii game, but I'd rather pay a little more and have it in time for Christmas.

I was told this item would not ship until after Christmas, no matter what shipping speed I chose.

If it is available in 6 to 9 weeks (now more like 4 to 6), how would Two-Day shipping get it here by Christmas 2011?

Last time I looked at a calendar, Christmas is in just over 2 weeks. Unless my math is off again....

Bottom line is they keep saying this game is released on a certain day, then it goes to out of stock, then it goes to not available for X amount of weeks. I'm trying to get my holiday shopping done in a timely manner. Amazon is my prefered e-tailer for these kinds of purchases, but I don't want to risk not getting it in time because they can't get their stock system in order. That's all :)

I put in a pre-order back in October and the shipping date has changed several times. I got a confirmation e-mail and a tracking number so my game has shipped and should be here this week.. So those who pre-ordered should be getting there game soon.

It looks like there are mixed reviews on this game, so it's probably a blessing I didn't end up getting it.
